1/2 cup of grounded hazelnuts
1/2 cup of grounded coconut
1/4 cup of soaked goji berries
1/2 cup of soaked raisins
1/4 cup of raw carob powder
Lemon Zest
1 cup of Love
Blend the soaked goji berries and raisins together.
Fold in the lemon zest, the rest of the dry ingredients.
Make into small balls. Dust with the carob powder.
Chill for 2 hours. Serve with a slice of orange.
